Stoneridge Capital Partners
A private capital network for the global private technology market.
We facilitate direct introductions between institutional and family-office counterparties holding, and seeking to hold, shares in the world’s most consequential private technology companies.
01
The Firm
An intermediary, built for a market that prizes relationships over reach.
Stoneridge Capital Partners operates at the centre of a curated global network of institutional shareholders, family offices, and principal investors active in the private technology market.
The firm does not hold securities, manage capital, or provide investment advice. Our role is singular: to identify, convene, and introduce qualified counterparties on opposite sides of private company share transactions — and to do so with the discretion, judgement, and care that these relationships demand.
We work by referral and on terms agreed at the outset. Stoneridge is retained when access, trust, and cross-border reach matter more than broad distribution.
02
The Network
A single, connective service.
Stoneridge is engaged by counterparties seeking a credible introduction to the other side of a transaction — whether to establish or exit a position in a leading private company. We listen carefully, verify diligently, and introduce only where interests align.
- For Acquirers
- Introductions to shareholders willing to transfer interests in select private technology companies, sourced from a long-standing network of founders, early employees, and institutional holders.
- For Liquidity Seekers
- Introductions to qualified acquirers — institutions, family offices, and principal investors — for existing holders exploring full or partial liquidity on a confidential basis.
- Across Borders
- Particular depth bridging global counterparties, where the right introduction is often more difficult than the transaction itself.
Stoneridge acts solely as introducer. Diligence, pricing, documentation, and execution remain with the principals and their chosen counsel and advisers.
03
Approach
Four principles guide every introduction.
-
Discretion
We are trusted with sensitive information by both sides. Confidentiality is a precondition of the work, not a feature of it.
-
Selectivity
We act only where the relationship is credible, the counterparty is qualified, and the introduction is useful to both sides.
-
Neutrality
We do not hold inventory, take positions, or promote any security. Our judgement is not for sale to either side of a transaction.
-
Endurance
A single introduction is rarely the measure of the work. We are retained for the second, the fifth, and the tenth — the relationships outlast the trades.
04
Counterparties
Institutional by orientation, relationship-driven by practice.
Stoneridge is engaged by, and works with, a defined set of counterparties on a professional basis:
- Asset managers and specialist funds
- Single and multi-family offices
- Corporate treasuries and strategic holders
- Sovereign and institutional allocators
- Founders, early employees, and seed investors
- Principal investors and high-net-worth individuals
Our work spans companies widely covered in the global financial and technology press — including category leaders in frontier artificial intelligence, space and defence, consumer platforms, and enterprise software. We do not publish client lists, transaction records, or coverage universes.
